This policy explains what personal information Avtikes (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use this website or our shop at shop.avtikes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Avtikes is based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Information we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, country, project details, and any file you choose to attach. When you place an order in our shop, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your order.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments in our shop are processed by Razorpay, which tells us only whether a payment succeeded.

How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and prepare custom stone work to your specification
• To process, fulfil and ship shop orders
• To contact you about a request or order, including shipping updates
• To understand how visitors use this site and improve it, but only where you have accepted analytics (see below)

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics cookies unless you accept them. Where we use analytics (Google Analytics), a banner asks for your consent first, and nothing is loaded if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Our shop uses your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and currency preference. This stays on your device.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers needed to do business with you: Razorpay for payments, shipping carriers to deliver orders, Google, whose tools we use to receive and store quote requests and (if you accept) provide analytics, and our website hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the service.

Social media

We link to our Instagram and Facebook pages. These are ordinary links: we do not embed social media trackers on this site. If you visit those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote-request and order records for as long as needed to fulfil them, answer related questions, and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights described in data protection law there, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. International visitors

Information you provide is processed and stored in India and by the service providers listed above, which may process it in other countries.

Children

Our website and shop are intended for adults. They are not directed at children.
