Handcrafted stone, made in Udaipur for interiors around the world
Avtikes is a family-run studio in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Since 2013 we have worked with skilled artisans to shape marble, quartzite and semi-precious stone into custom furniture, sculpture and architectural elements. Each piece is made by hand, personally inspected, and exported to your specification.
Our story
From Indian handicraft to hand-carved stone
Avtikes began in 2013 working with Indian handicraft and art. Over the years, that same eye for material turned to stone: marble, quartzite and semi-precious stone, shaped into fully custom furniture, sculptural pieces and architectural work, all by hand.
We are based in Udaipur, a city known as much for its lakes as for the stone beneath the region. We work alongside artisans whose skill has been passed down through generations, in the heart of Udaipur's stone belt.
Today we also offer leather goods and handicrafts through our online shop, carrying the same standard into everyday objects: honest material, exacting handcraft, and nothing rushed.
